New Features
Deduct Ticket Booking (Help Consumers Book and Deduct Tickets)
Now, as long as the consumer completes “Authorize Deduction,” the service provider (venue/coach) can book course time slots and deduct tickets for the consumer!
【Steps to Operate】
Consumer “Authorize Deduction”:
Go to Purchased > Click “Courses” or “Universal” > Select the ticket and click “Authorize Deduction” and agree to authorize
*Tickets that have completed authorization will display a red text prompt indicating that the ticket deduction booking has been authorized.
Service Provider Books and Deducts Tickets for the Consumer:
Go to Account > Product Management > Select the course to book > Click “Send Services and Products” and choose the booking time slot > Select “Deduct Ticket” as the form and send

Universal Tickets (Applicable to Courses and Venue Rentals)
Service providers can sell combination plans of universal tickets, allowing consumers to use them to book course or venue rental time slots. They can be used across different courses and venue rentals.
【Universal Tickets vs. Course/Venue Rental Time Slot Tickets】
•Universal Tickets: Can be used for all courses and venue rental time slots, allowing consumers to book the services they need based on current demands, enhancing the sales flexibility for service providers.
•Course/Venue Rental Time Slot Tickets: Different courses or venue rentals require their specific time slot tickets for booking, clearly specifying that consumers book a certain agreed-upon course with the ticket.
【Steps to Operate】
Enable Universal Ticket Deduction for Course/Venue Rental Time Slots:
Go to Account > Product Management > Courses/Venue Rentals > Edit > Edit combination content of time slots, fees, locations, and instructors > Enable Universal Tickets and set the number of tickets to deduct
List and Sell Universal Ticket Plans:
Go to Account > Product Management > Plans > Add > Add “Universal Ticket” to the plan content

Consumers can perform conditional filtering when booking course time slots.

Go to Explore > Click a course and click “Buy” > Select “Book Time Slot” > Click the “Filter” button

Add and Edit Order Notes, Invoice Numbers, and Responsible Personnel
Service providers can add and edit notes, invoice numbers, and responsible personnel for orders. The added and edited content can also be viewed in the reports generated in data analysis.
*Only orders with the payment method “Cash” can edit the “Invoice Number.” Orders with online payment methods such as credit card, Apple Pay, etc., will have the invoice number automatically entered by the system; orders with the payment method “Gift” cannot edit the invoice number.

Go to Account > Sales Records > Order History > Proceed to Add or Edit

Optimized Features
Setting Earliest and Latest Booking Times for Courses
Service providers can set the earliest and latest times consumers can book course time slots. This ensures popular courses can be booked fairly and prevents service providers from being caught off guard by last-minute bookings.
【Steps to Operate】
Go to Account > Product Management > Courses > Edit > Edit the earliest and latest booking times in the “Booking Restrictions” field

Ticket Expiry Reminder 7 Days Before (Notifying Both Service Provider and Consumer)
Seven days before the ticket expires, the system will notify consumers and service providers through the following three methods:
