您好我是蔡蔡教練～那我們課程中呢不只會有籃球的技術教程(運球、體能、動作的矯正、戰術執行、籃球觀念)以外還會有遊戲活動來增加學生們對籃球的興趣還有熱忱，不會覺得枯燥乏味，除此之外，對體能訓練的部分也會以學生的體質方面為優先，不會以太高的強度，而是以漸進式教學為主授課唷！
