Crossfit健身計劃綜合了田徑、體操、舉重等許多動作進行無間歇練習。這種練習方式的基本原則就是,幾個動作為一組、不間歇或者稍微間歇的以最快的速度在規定時間下完成儘量多的組,或者在規定組數下以儘量少的時間完成。
