招收3-6歲孩童。每ㄧ堂課程有柔軟度訓練、肌力、技巧訓練及6~8首的舞蹈小品，音樂大部份取自兒歌系列，訓練身體協調、節奏感、腰背訓練、翻滾練習、彈跳練習，營造歡樂的上課氣氛，讓學員快樂的學習
