Course Info
(1)初學者課程:適合完全無基礎的初學者。以動作教學為主,讓你能安全有效的使用各種自由式器材(啞鈴、槓鈴),並以此為基礎使用所有機械式器材,讓你有效率增肌減脂,改善體態!
(2)進階者課程:已有動作的基礎,但需要修正者。將依照弱項改善,安排變化動作以及輔助訓練。
