課程介紹:
◎陽瑜珈需要身體主動施力去達到肌肉的伸展及耐力的鍛練,停留時間不會太久。
流動瑜珈有許多陽性動作的串聯,需配合呼吸做體式的變化,
很適合用來提高心律,屬於可以增加運動量的陽性瑜珈課程。
◎陰瑜珈則用被動的方式伸展肌肉與結締組織及深層的筋膜,
不需出太多力氣,在姿勢中停留較長的時間,刺激身體堵塞的部份,
過程中容易有痠、麻等現象,讓身體的堵塞暢通,體內循環流通。
