認識人體六大方向肌力訓練動作,透過自身體重練習或負重訓練,發展基礎肌力、肌耐力身體適能。
上肢推:Shoulder Press, Chest Press, Push-Up
上肢拉:Chin-Up, Pull-Up, Row
深蹲:Front Squat, Squat, Overhead Squat
硬舉:Deadlift, Sumo Deadlift, Romanian Deadlift
